Evy Koutzas Yoga + The Barrie Box Farm Shop have teamed up to offer a Sunday morning stretch in the countryside! Roll out your yoga mat in the field with us, beneath expansive skies, and amongst the sweetest strawberries. Our 1-hour yoga class will connect breath to movement in a creative, exploratory, flowing way to keep you moving, while also creating a sense of inner grounding. A nourishing way to begin your Sunday morning outdoors and to gather in community!
After class, hang out with us! Treat yourself to a punnet of sweet strawberries (fresh from the field!), and savor them in the sunshine! The farm shop will be open, and stocked with plenty of goodies. Have a picnic!
Limited spaces. Previous yoga experience not required.
BRING: Your yoga mat, a blanket or towel, + a water bottle.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in. We recommend layers you can easily remove/add, as the class progresses.
